Nothing special happen today.
helped mummy knead the dough.
den helped to cook noodle.

felt guilty after eatin a bowl of noodle! growing fatter & fatter!

not gonna eat tml.haha.tht's mad huh.
just kidding.still gonna eat but no rice and noodle.
and run in the late evening!haa
runnin for 1 hour can actually lose 1 kg.
imagine running for 5 hrs.haha.SIAO!
